Strength
Metal Mule panniers are built with strength in mind. A riveted construction, powder coated aluminimum and double folded base means your pannier will perform as well as you.
Secure
An internal lock and silicon seal ensure your belongings are safely locked away and our unique Q-fit system keeps the panniers fixed tightly to your bike.
Ergonomics
Sometimes it’s the little things in life that really make the difference. With a Metal Mule luggage system there is no wasted space, no rattling and no annoying pressure changes as you ride around. You’ve also got handles, feet, a hinged lid and of course our Q-fit system to make life really easy.
Rivets
Riveted construction - They wouldn’t build planes this way if it wasn’t the strongest construction method around. All Metal Mule panniers are constructed using rivets to ensure there are no weak spots, allowing you to get on and enjoy your riding.
The strong construction also means that the panniers can quickly double up as a seat.
Finish
Coat of arms - Choose our powder coated aluminium panniers for the toughest finish around - and look the part at the same time.
Pop your clothes straight into the pannier without worrying about them picking up marks from the metal. We just wouldn’t do that to you at Metal Mule.
Fold
Strength in numbers - Each pannier is constructed using 2mm gauge aluminium with double folded corners and an inverted tray bottom. Doubled up to keep your belongings safe.
Q-fit
Our Q-fit system is what really makes Metal Mule luggage systems the top luggage systems around. Q-fit makes it really difficult for anyone apart from you to remove the pannier from the bike.
Seal
Keep water and dust out and your gear in. A hinged lid allows you full access to the pannier, without having to find somewhere to put it.
Raining? No problem. A sillicon seal around the inside of the lid, combined with waterproofing tape, individually sealed rivets and gaskets on the handles and lock means no water is getting inside the pannier.
Internal lock
An internal cam lock provides a safe-haven for all your valuables. Leave your luggage in place on the bike while you go off safe in the knowledge that Metal Mules are the most secure luggage systems around.
Q-fit
Spend more time out on the road thanks to our own unique Q-fit system. It’s been designed with you in mind so that the panniers fit tightly on the bike quickly and easily.

Tie Down Loops
Metal Mule’s tie down loops increase the amount of space you have to carry luggage. The metal powder-coated loops offer strong fixing points for those extra bits and won’t fit inside the luggage system.
Handles
The three handles on each Metal Mule pannier are spring-loaded to make sure they don’t rattle around as you ride.
Hinge
Metal Mule luggage systems have strong hinged lids providing extra space when you are searching inside the pannier to find something. The hinges also mean that you will never lose a pannier lid again!
Feet
Rubber feet on the base of our panniers allow them to be placed on the floor without scratching it! They also offer added protection to the pannier, whilst adding to the premium feel of the product.

Just got back from a little jaunt to Timbuktu. Very impressed with the rack and pannier system. Took a big rear ender from a car in Nauakaott…rack and panniers escaped unscathed…. They’re great for carrying stuff and make good bumpers!!!
